We’ll be displaying the Bible Characters gallery in the Sale Waterside Arts Centre during the Easter holidays.
Explore some of the Bible’s well known and lesser known characters through artwork created by Northamptonshire artist Mark Pennington.
Discover how these characters’ life events shaped their strength of belief, how they became who they were, and how they belonged to something valuable.
This series of illustrations bring to life the struggles and successes of these ancient biblical figures in a new way and ask questions about belief and belonging in a modern age.
The art exhibition will be available to view free of charge 10am-4pm on Tuesday 2nd and Friday 5th and 10am-2pm on Thursday 4th April.
On Friday 5th the Bible Exhibition will also be available to view, which showcases what the Bible teaches and how it came into being.
